School Cancellation, Delayed Opening, and Emergency Closing Procedures
If school is cancelled, delayed in opening or closing early because of bad weather, announcements will be made on the following stations:
WAEM AM 790 and WAEB-FM (B104)
WLEV FM 100.7, WCTO FM 96, WODE FM 99.9, WBYN-FM
107.5, west-am and Channel 69
Channel 16 “WinterWatch 16_

If we have a delayed opening, the procedure is as follows:
One Hour Delay: (Only one hour delay will be announced, not each sub item as listed here.)
· Grades K-8 will begin at 9:20 am
· Pre-School morning session is cancelled
· Extended Care opens at 8:00 am
Two Hour Delay: (Only two hour delay will be announced, not each sub item as listed here.)
· Grades K-8 will begin at 10:20 am
· Pre-School morning session is cancelled
· Extended Care opens at 8:00 am
Emergency early closing
If bad weather occurs during the day, please listen to the stations listed above or log on to the website for a possible early closing. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE. We will announce the early closing as soon as we have been notified by the
EXTENDED CARE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ONE HOUR AFTER THE ANNOUNCED EARLY CLOSING TIME.
