Our 3 Year Old Program meets ever Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 8:45 am till 11:15 pm.

The 3 Year Old program is designed to teach through fun and play.  The classroom setting enables the teachers to engage students in simple rule following with an emphasis on kindness and sharing.  Students are taught to put on their own coats, retrieve and place paperwork in their backpacks, handle zippers and other activities that help them to become more independent.  They learn to raise their hands to ask questions, learn to clean up together, practice quiet time and walking quietly in hallways.  Achieving these skills and goals are necessary as our little learners continue their exciting educational journey on to the 4 Year Old Preschool Program.

Learning involves circle time, reading circle, crafts and worksheets, practicing fine motor skills and following directions.  Our students work on shape, color and number themes and enjoy learning through music, song and dance.  They visit the gym once a week and enjoy the outside enclosed playground.  Extended Care is available.

Our 4 Year Old Half-Day Preschool Program meets Monday through Friday from 8:45 am to 11:15 pm

We lovingly welcome your children to the Little Saints Preschool Program.  Students follow a specific schedule, enjoy play time and engage in structured activities.  This program is designed to help students become independent learners and to prepare them for the exciting journey to Kindergarten.  The children learn responsibility for themselves and their belongings by the establishment of a routine.   They sing and play while learning - enjoying morning circle time and then move to work stations for crafts, journals and academics.  Students review the letter of the week - matching letters and working on upper and lower case practice.  In addition they learn numbers, colors and shapes; patterning and seriation.  They practice holding and using a pencil and they use scissors to further develop their fine motor skills.  Their crafts are centered around the letter of the week or a specific season or holiday.  The students use the enclosed playground and enjoy daily prayer/snack time.  The children learn prayers and enjoy storytime and gym class.  Their socialization skills are refined to allow for a smooth transition to the exciting world of Kindergarten.  And of course. . .they have fun!  Extended Care is available.

Our Four Year Old Full Day Program meets Monday - Friday from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm

We lovingly welcome your children to the Four Year Old Full Day Program!  Our little learners follow the morning schedule as described for our Four Year Old Half-Day Program.  Late morningn in the Full Day Classroom brings short story/library time where they enjoy listening, learning and comprehension skills.  The children then rotate through learning stations including sensory skills, coloring or painting and a printing/scissors practice station.  They enjoy lunch in the cafeteria at their own special table section which is followed by rest/nap time.  Our afternoon students have the opportunity to take part in "special"  classes including Music, Art and Technology, presented by the specialist teachers in those academic areas.  They take part in recess, closing songs.  They pack up and are dismissed at 2:30 pm.  Please contact us for more information about our Four Year Old Full Day Program.  Extended Care is available.
