Students participate in cross-grade prayer partner religious and holiday celebrations.

Students attend school Masses on First Fridays, Holy Days of Obligation, and during Advent and Lent. Children play active roles in the liturgical celebrations, serving as readers, gift-bearers, altar servers, and members of the choir. Students in Grades 4-8 attend Stations of the Cross during Lent.

Students in Grades K-7 have the opportunity to experience the next grade level at our annual “Step Up” day activities in the spring.

Students visit the local Catholic high school for various programs.

Special academic activities include: the CYO Spelling Bee, the CYO Oratorical Contest, Pi Day, Metric Day, Science Fair, Career Awareness Program, Health Fair, National Geographic Geography Bee

Annual Physical Education special activities include Jump Rope for Heart, bowling fieldtrips for grades 1-8, ice skating for grades 6-8, a Safety Fair for Grades K-8, Olympic Day, Marathon Day, and Seventh Grade Field Day at Bethlehem Catholic High School.

Annual musical performances are presented by the students in grades K-5.  The middle school attends Bethlehem Catholic High School’s spring musical.

Parent involvement is an integral part of many events. Parents are invited to participate in classroom cooking and craft activities, holiday celebrations, and fieldtrips.  Additionally, the Home School Association sponsors and supports the following activities: the Great Reading Adventure, Family Movie Nights, Family Bingo, Catholic Schools’ Week activities, the annual Author/Illustrator presentation, Holiday Gift Shoppe, Christmas/Spring Flower Sale, Innisbrook Gift Wrap sale, teacher gifts, two department programs per year, two book fairs per year, school directory, Bibles for graduates, donation of indoor recess games, kitchen upgrades, middle school lockers, and technology upgrades.

Many activities connect our students with the parish and larger community. Students make crafts and cards for shut-ins, write letters, contribute money to the missions, collect food and toiletries for the poor, and make decorations for the annual parish Autumnfest celebration. Other parish/school activities include May Procession, a Seder Meal, Vacation Bible School, Forty Hours Devotion, and the Holy Thursday procession.

Extra-curricular activities include the Student Council, school yearbook, scouting, and CYO sports, CYO Oratorical Contest, CYO Academic Bowl.
